Clinical Implementation Consultant (No Relocation Required)

Clinical Inservices Solutions is seeking experienced clinicians (Nurses, Technicians, Assistants and Therapists) that are technology-savvy and enthusiastic and energetic about instruction and training. Candidates will be based from home with frequent travel to hospitals to educate end users who have purchased new medical technologies.

The Clinical Implementation Consultant (CIC) will specialize as an expert in one or more products, depending on competence and corporate demand. The Consultant works independently and with the Implementation Team to deliver end user training programs and services that support healthcare customers adopting new technologies. This includes a mix of classroom instruction, web-based sessions, unit-to-unit assistance during system go-live and exceptional overall customer service.

Candidates must be motivated to learn new product applications, processes and workflow initiatives. Candidates must be responsible, able to work independently and with a team. They must be creative, and critical-thinking, yet able to follow instruction. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential.
Additionally, the Clinical Implementation Consultant may be asked to support the sales team by sharing product expertise or clinically-relevant product usage scenarios.

Applicants must have a current license or certification and minimally an Associate Degree in a supportive field (Bachelors preferred). They must have 5 years of clinical experience with 2 years of progressive responsibility for technical system administration. They must have knowledge and experience with adult learning methodologies and/or instruction and an understanding of basic project management.
